The Inventory & Fulfillment Optimization Specialist is responsible for building, implementing, and sustaining best-in-class inventory and fulfillment practices across our production and distribution network. This role serves as a key link between Cultivation, Production, Retail, and Compliance, ensuring consistent execution, data integrity, and readiness for growth as we scale.
The Logistics and Warehouse Optimization Specialist will drive operational efficiency, enhance inventory and order accuracy, and optimize the process flow from finished goods through distribution to retail partners. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional leaders and site teams to ensure seamless execution of CPG inventory and distribution operations, programs, and processes. Additionally, the Specialist proactively identifies and implements continuous improvement opportunities across warehouse and logistics operations.
As a Fleet Coordinator, you ensure that our customers are always safe on the road and are back on the road as quickly as possible in the event of damage. In direct contact with customers, you ensure that we succeed in this and continuously contribute your ideas to making FINN better every day.
